Our Policies
Inspect the product before the delivery person leaves.
If the product does not match the specifications, or if it has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to refuse delivery while the delivery person is present.
Dressing tables and drawer units are available without a deposit if the color is white.
For any other color, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
For all bedrooms and dressing rooms, a 50% deposit is required upon order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Shipping and installation are available within Cairo and Giza only.
